I have disclosed any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect participation. By participating, I acknowledge and accept any associated risks and release Little Pallets Face Painting from liability related to undisclosed conditions or reactions.
I also understand that photographs may be taken for portfolio and promotional purposes.
